Return and Exchange policy FAQ
Frequently asked questions about returns, and exchanges.
How do I return?
• Visit our returns center by clicking here
• You will visit the account login page and enter your email or order number to access your account
• Once you see the order click and follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation with shipping guidelines and return instructions in our returns center portal
What items are returnable?
• Within 14 days from the date of purchase
• In unused and resellable condition
• In the original packaging with all the tags intact
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us immediately at email@example.com within three (3) days of the delivery date. No exceptions.
Always inspect your received garments for any defects or wrong product delivery.
Can the items be exchanged?
If you would like to exchange for another size please place a new order and process your exchange through our return center.
Once we receive the returned item we will issue a gift card.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
• Gift Card-Store Credit
How do I ship back the items?
All of our returns get processed through re: do (our returns and exchange platform.)
Log in to the re: do account center to submit a return request. You will follow the instructions by login in with the email provided at the original checkout time or your order number.
Select the correct order and item you wish to submit a return for and follow the instructions until you complete the process.
You will get prompted with the following steps to complete your return.
Once your request is complete, you will receive an approval or denial for your return.
All returns are processed with a gift card back to you.
Are there any charges for my refund?
Yes. We do not pay for any returns of your choice coming back to us. All returns get processed through re: do (our returns center).
If you purchased the $1 returns + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to process the label through re: do directly.
If you did not purchase the $1 returns + exchange protection at the original time of check out, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email if any further information is needed. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your return request immediately through re:do.
If approved, the store credit request will be processed immediately after garment/garments are received.
You will receive an email with your gift card when the process is finalized.
