SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

We offer FREE standard shipping on all US orders $25+ and FREE SHIPPING on orders to Australia, Canada & the UK for orders $175+.


DreamyZzz Viscose Bamboo SHIPPING: 
All orders are currently shipping within 1-2 business days of your purchase for our DreamyZzz viscose bamboo pajamas. All items will be shipped via USPS and to the address provided at checkout. You will receive an email upon checkout and another email when your item/items have shipped to track. We are not responsible for any lost packages or delays in shipment.

SHIPPING ON MADE TO ORDER: All made to order items are a 1-2 weeks turn around. We process them weekly so some orders will ship sooner than others depending on our processing calendar. If you are ordering DreamyZzz as well as made to order items and want your pajamas to ship prior please place a separate order or they will ALL ship together once all items are ready.

 RETURNS: All purchases of our DreamyZzz products are eligible for an EXCHANGE OR SHOP CREDIT ONLY within 7 days of your purchase. We do not accept returns at this time but are happy to make an exchange for you within our return policy guidelines.

Please email us at Hello@dreambiglittleco.com, including your order number to begin the process of your exchange or store credit. Our made to order graphic tees, handmade items are non-returnable unless made in error and we will quickly replace your current item as soon as possible!

ACCEPTED EXCHANGES: If your exchange is approved through Dream Big Little Co team we can begin the process of the exchange or store credit and you will be provided via email the address to ship your garment. 

To be eligible for an exchange or shop credit all item/items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags still attached & original packaging. We will email you once the garments are received back in our hands for completion of the exchange and or shop credit. 

DAMAGES: If you receive your item and for some reason it is damaged, please contact us immediately so we can take the steps in getting you a replacement. Always inspect your received garments for any defects or wrong product delivery. You will have 48 hours to email us at hello@dreambiglittleco.com to process the damage item.
